Tiffany’s experience spans diverse industries as well as state courts, federal courts, and dispute resolution programs. Prior to entering private practice, Tiffany served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Eric Johnson of the Eighth Judicial District Court, gaining valuable skills in legal research, writing, and application in various courtroom contexts. She also completed externships with the Honorable Mary Kay Holthus of the Eighth Judicial District Court and the Gun Crimes Unit of the Clark County District Attorney’s Office and served as a law clerk for the Immigration Project at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.
Tiffany is a native English and Italian speaker with a working Spanish proficiency.

- Represented a major religious institution in a hotly contested will and trust litigation that involved a dispute over an $11 million estate.
- Conducted a lengthy investigation of the athletic department of a high-profile private school in Las Vegas and drafted the final investigative report.
- Successfully opposed summary judgment motions from nine defendants in a civil rights action in federal court which eventually led to a $1.35 million settlement for our client.
- Secured a $3 million+ settlement payment to our client from his late-wife’s insurance policy including unpaid interest owed to him.
- Assisted with motion practice and hearing preparation in a business court case involving a dispute between two groups of individuals who each claimed power over a temple in Las Vegas.
- Assisted with briefing and arguments in the Nevada Supreme Court on a writ of mandamus in a criminal case which led to a published opinion holding that the State’s failure to submit exculpatory evidence to the grand jury is properly raised in a pre-trial writ and a motion to dismiss.
- Represented intervening cannabis company in receivership action.
- Substituted as lead counsel in a dog-barking based nuisance case and successfully secured summary judgment on three out of four claims, leading to a settlement of the case before trial.
- Represented a major car manufacturer in warranty actions.
- Assisted a client with applications for employment authorization, travel document, and permanent residency – all of which were approved.
- Defended a non-profit executive director charged with criminal offenses in state court.
- Drafted appeal for a high-profile figure in anti-SLAPP matter before the Nevada Supreme Court.
- Drafted terms and conditions for televised giveaway of a McLaren car.
- Participated as second chair in 3-day hearing before the State Bar of Nevada where I examined five witnesses. The hearing was live-streamed and watched by over 150 people each day.
- Pro bono practice includes work with the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada’s Children Attorney Project and the Federal Pro Bono Project. Participated as second chair in trial before Judge Cristina Silva in a civil rights action where I examined witnesses and delivered closing statement.
