Overview

Taylor Chase is a member of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services and Business Transactions groups. Her practice focuses on a wide variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, corporate governance and compliance, bankruptcy, and corporate trust.

She is regularly involved with various types of financing transactions, including accounts receivable and inventory, real estate, construction, equipment, agriculture, tax credit, startups, mergers and acquisitions, and syndications. In addition, she counsels lenders and corporate trustees with respect to defaulted financing transactions.

Taylor also represents businesses with preparing and amending organizational documents, financing, commercial contract negotiations, and other general corporate matters and transactions.

Taylor received her law degree, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School, where she served as Editor of the Marquette Law Review, interned for Judge Diane Sykes on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and served as a Dispute Resolution Teaching and Research Assistant.
