Stewart Mesher represents and counsels clients in litigation and transactions related to intellectual property, portfolio management, patents, copyrights, unfair competition, and Internet domain name rights, as well as for trademark prosecution and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings.

Within a private practice spanning decades, he skillfully applies comprehensive technical knowledge and sound dispute resolution strategies to consistently achieve successful outcomes aimed at protecting and maximizing the value of marketable products and services.

Stewart previously served as in-house counsel at an American multinational semiconductor company, where he advised on desktop and server processor businesses and assisted with IP litigation and licensing activities.

His practice is supported by a diverse educational background which, in addition to his Juris Doctor, includes degrees in engineering, finance, and marketing, as well as the completion of Harvard Law School’s prestigious ABOTA National Trial College.

Notably, Stewart is trilingual in English, Hebrew, and Spanish.
