Samuel Logterman represents clients in business and commercial litigation as well as financial services litigation, providing robust defense strategies and alternative dispute resolution methods geared toward quickly and efficiently resolving issues, minimizing current and prospective legal risks, and advancing business and operational interests.

As a solutions-oriented litigator who analyzes all potential scenarios before advising his clients, Samuel has cultivated a reputation for identifying the most practical, beneficial paths to case resolution. In addition to his thoughtful counseling, he has extensive experience structuring and conducting discovery with an eye for ensuring his clients are in the strongest position possible in the event that a dispute proceeds to trial.

Beyond his private practice, Samuel has provided pro bono legal services for the Children’s Law Center, Wills for Heroes, and the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Project for Unemployment Benefit Appeals. He earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Minnesota Law School and his Bachelor of Business Administration at Drake University.
