Overview
Ray is a practiced courtroom advocate who defends clients across a broad spectrum of litigatory matters, implementing strategies that effectively resolve disputes while preserving clients’ financial and reputational interests. Additionally, his dynamic legal acuity is regularly sought after to represent large, nationally recognized companies as both national and regional counsel.
Over three decades in private practice, Ray has represented clients in matters ranging from commercial litigation and personal injury to toxic tort and products liability. Specifically, he boasts extensive experience representing manufacturers, distributors, premises owners and contractors, third-party switching companies, and track maintenance companies in a variety of claims, including catastrophic injury and death, claims made under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act (FELA), and several types of commercial matters.
Additionally, Ray has represented numerous clients within the products liability and health care liability spaces, achieving favorable outcomes for hospitals, health care staff, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers against claims including negligence and product defects.
