Randy S. Bartell
Overview
Randy represents clients in matters relating to transportation law, public entity tort claims, land use and zoning, construction law, commercial litigation, and employment law, offering thoughtful legal advice with proactive strategies geared toward quick, effective resolutions. He is also experienced in handling insurance coverage matters, employment issues, and civil rights claims.
Within his daily practice, Randy’s clients include companies and individuals involved in administrative proceedings before the Transportation Division of the New Mexico Department of Transportation and other regulatory agencies.
To reinforce his wide breadth of industry experience, Randy is a regular presenter of CLE programs focused on construction law, employment law, and insurance coverage. He is frequently asked to speak on New Mexico mechanics lien law, the New Mexico Subcontractors Fair Practices Act, construction contracts, and the preparation and defense of construction claims.
