Associate
Patrick Lawhon is a member of the firm’s Business Transactions practice group. He works on a range of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private securities offerings, and formation and structure of business entities all in order to help clients meet their business and legal goals.
Patrick graduated from the Duke University School of Law in 2019 with both a J.D. and an LL.M. in Law and Entrepreneurship. While a law student, he was a student attorney in the Start-Up Ventures Clinic, which provides pro bono legal advice to startups in the Raleigh-Durham area. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Stanford University.
