- Obtained summary judgment for two different public utilities in two separate multimillion-dollar putative class actions.
- Successfully litigated a multimillion-dollar construction dispute over the course of an 8-week long arbitration.
- Obtained a favorable published Nevada Supreme Court decision in addressing claim preclusion and NRCP 68 issues. Mendenhall v. Tassinari, 133 Nev. 614, 403 P.3d 364 (2017).
- Successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals where the Court upheld the dismissal of putative class action claims seeking to recover approximately $90 million.
- Acted as specially retained appellate counsel to preserve appellate issues during the course of jury trials.
