Mitchell Anderson
Overview
Mitch Anderson represents real estate developers, investors, publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs), and homebuilders in complex commercial real estate transactions involving a broad range of asset classes. His practice encompasses real estate development, borrower-side financing, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, including experience with multifamily, industrial, retail, residential, and data center properties. He takes a practical, business-oriented approach to helping clients structure and execute transactions, navigate complex legal issues, and achieve their development and investment objectives.
Mitch regularly represents residential homebuilders in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of residential land and development projects. He works closely with clients to understand their businesses and provide efficient, commercially-minded legal counsel tailored to their development and investment strategies.
In addition, Mitch represents borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions, advising clients on the negotiation and documentation of loan agreements and related financing documents. He also represents developers and investors in the acquisition, development, and disposition of commercial real estate assets, including transactions involving institutional owners and publicly traded REITs.
