Overview

Maureen Foster is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, representing clients in commercial, employment, and real estate litigation matters. She strives to proactively meet her client’s needs throughout the entire litigation process, using a wide range of dispute resolution methods to achieve optimal outcomes.

An adjunct professor for the mentor externship program at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, Maureen applies her professional development planning and mentoring skills to her current practice, prioritizing effective communication and transparent goal setting with her clients.

Before entering private practice, Maureen completed both an externship and a clerkship with the Hon. Carol Hooten at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she served as Editor-In-Chief of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal and worked as a lead research assistant, coordinating global expert publications on domestic and international dispute resolution.
