Mary Mason
Overview
Mary Mason counsels business leaders and management personnel on the full range of employee benefits solutions, crafting tailored plans that adhere to specific business needs, mitigate risk and personal liability, and abide by all federal compliance and regulatory obligations.
Mary previously served as a law clerk, where she focused on both litigation and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and gained critical experience researching complex legal issues and drafting a wide range of legal documents. She also completed an internship with a private consulting firm, which granted her unique exposure to working with the Kansas Legislature.
In addition, Mary has served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Daniel D. Crabtree in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and within the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance program as a volunteer.
