Luke J. Wolf

Overview
Luke Wolf guides clients through all aspects of litigation with a dynamic skill set that allows him to quickly and efficiently navigate shifting objectives. He has specific experience in class actions, wage and hour litigation, noncompetition agreements, antitrust matters, residential mortgage-backed securities, and shareholder disputes.
Within his primary practice areas of employment law, professional liability defense, and commercial litigation, Luke frequently works with high-stakes matters, preserving the reputations and viability of clients and businesses while protecting confidential information. His ability to thoughtfully and aggressively advocate for intertwining personal and professional interests is a testament to his highly adaptable legal acumen.
Prior to entering private practice, Luke served as a law clerk for the Hon. Edward J. Cleary of the Minnesota Court of Appeals and interned for the Hon. Patrick J.
