Overview

Kyle Pahren helps clients navigate complex disputes by combining hands-on litigation experience, courtroom insight, and a proven ability to perform in high-stakes situations. Supported by a unique combination of legal and military experience, he approaches each matter with the discipline, preparation, and problem-solving mindset necessary to obtain optimal resolutions.

Before entering private practice, Kyle gained valuable experience as a judicial assistant in Utah’s Third District Court, where he worked closely with the judiciary on a high-volume docket of civil and criminal matters, analyzing motions and orders, drafting minute entries, and helping translate judicial decisions into formal court action.

In addition, Kyle has diversified his legal experience through a clerkship at the Office of General Counsel at University of Cincinnati Health, where he researched and analyzed complex legal issues involving health care regulations, clinical billing, guardianship matters, and administrative law; and a litigation fellowship at the Ohio Innocence Project, where he conducted extensive background investigations, collaborated on case strategy, and drafted motions in support of post-conviction efforts.

Kyle boasts more than a decade of experience as a staff sergeant and pararescueman in the U.S. Air Force Special Warfare. He was the lead medic on lifesaving operations in demanding environments, managed critical resources, and instructed fellow service members in complex rescue and medical procedures. The leadership, resilience, and sound judgment he has developed through military service continue to shape his client-focused approach to solving difficult problems and delivering results under pressure.
