Kristen Evans

Overview
Kristen Evans advises clients on bankruptcy and other related financial matters, analyzing complex legal issues within an evolving regulatory landscape. Her experience navigating the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure allows her to thoughtfully strategize optimal, cost-effective solutions that comply with all applicable federal and state rules and regulations.
Prior to entering private practice, Kristen served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Denise E. Barnett of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee, where she conducted extensive legal research, drafted opinions and orders, and analyzed and interpreted all facets of U.S. bankruptcy processes and procedures.
Additionally, Kristen served as a legal extern to the Hon. E. Richard Webber of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, gaining broad experience in criminal court proceedings, including pre-trial research and legal discovery.
