Kim helps individual and business clients with a wide range of federal and state tax issues. She has in-depth experience with federal and state tax controversy issues, ranging from audits, appeals, ruling requests, and tax litigation matters. She provides thorough tax representation with succinct and effective communications with taxing agencies to achieve a fair result for her clients.
Kim’s other areas of focus include: income taxation of individuals, corporations, and pass-through entities; formation and ongoing operations of all types of business entities including tax-exempt organizations and private foundations; sales and use tax; tax procedure issues; employment taxes; and tax compliance for individuals, business, and trusts. She also has extensive experience with tax and business issues affecting S-corporations, limited liability companies, and their owners.
