Overview
Kelly Vos is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. She advises clients in a variety of complex real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, real estate-based lending, foreclosures and workouts, tax-deferred exchanges, and zoning and land use.
Kelly has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, office, retail and industrial leases, loan documents and forbearance agreements, 1031 documents, and condominium and subdivision documents and easements.
Kelly graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2001 and received her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2004.
