Kelley V. Rowan

Overview
Kelley Rowan counsels a diverse range of clients through complex M&A transactions, providing comprehensive guidance through the due diligence process and preparing transaction documents with a markedly high attention to detail. With experience in a variety of corporate law matters, she is also skilled in workstreams ancillary to M&A transactions, such as preparing and negotiating employment agreements and entity formation.
A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Kelley also advises clients on novel data privacy issues, crafting custom solutions to address emerging challenges in a rapidly evolving legal landscape. In addition to U.S. state and federal laws and regulations governing data privacy and cybersecurity, she has extensive knowledge of global data protection regulations, including the EU and U.K.’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
