Katherine Manning
Overview
Katherine Manning represents insurers, businesses, and individuals navigating diverse litigation matters with a primary emphasis on insurance and commercial litigation. This includes helping to defend against high-exposure insurance claims, complex coverage evaluations, and breach of contract disputes and providing thorough analyses and counsel for other general business matters.
In addition to her focus areas, Katherine maintains a broad background in consumer finance litigation, where she has represented banks and lenders through all stages of litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Her extensive work with state and federal regulatory and compliance laws has translated to a deep consideration of clients’ broader risk profiles as she works to protect and advance key business objectives.
In addition, Katherine has substantial experience with class actions and has assisted in responding to extensive discovery and e-discovery requests, as well as successfully defending against putative class action claims.
