Juliet R. Hernandez
Overview
Juliet Hernandez represents individual and corporate clients – including Fortune 500 insurance companies – navigating a wide variety of litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense. Working from case inception through resolution, she provides strategic counsel rooted in comprehensive research and experience defending markedly complex and high-exposure claims.
Boasting strong advocacy skills and attention to detail at all stages of a dispute, Juliet adeptly manages discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and litigation. Her diverse track record of casework includes motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, and property disputes, with additional experience in real estate law and regulations.
While in law school, Juliet completed multiple clerkships and internships, including at the Harris County (Texas) District Attorney’s Office; for a private law firm and popular Waco, Texas, retail complex; and as a supervised legal practitioner for Undikumbukire (“Remember Me”) Project Zambia, a human rights organization providing free legal services to children in conflict across Zambia.
