Josh Sherfy advises governmental entities, municipalities, nonprofits, and other public sector clients in a wide variety of matters pertaining to public finance, with a focus on bond issuances and municipal law.
Helping clients through all phases of bond issuances and financing transactions, Josh manages complex regulatory requirements and supports strategic funding objectives with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
