Jordan Reimschisel is a member of the firm’s Business Transactions group. His practice is focused on helping clients in all stages of their businesses, from organization to securities offerings to sale or merger.
In addition to business transactions, Jordan works closely with the Health Care practice group to help hospitals and providers favorably draft physician contracts and navigate complex regulations including Stark Law and Anti-kickback statutes.
Jordan graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2021. During law school, Jordan served as the Fall Managing Editor for Volume 14 of the Journal of Health Law and Policy. Jordan also interned for Judge Raymond Gruender on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing, and participated in SLU Law’s Entrepreneurship & Community Development Clinic. Jordan received his bachelor’s degree in American Studies, cum laude, from Hillsdale College.
