Jack Whitacre focused on Labor Relations Law, Employment Law and Litigation, and Civil Rights. Jack is a past chairman of the Labor Law committees of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and The Missouri Bar. He also is a member of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section, Labor Relations Law Section (Committee on Equal Employment Opportunity Laws), Executive Committee of the AGC Labor Lawyer’s Council and Employment Law Committee of the National Retail Federation. He has served on ABA regional liaison committees with OFCCP and EEOC. He has published several articles on labor and employment law and was editor-revisor for Chapter 24, Employment Discrimination Law, Third Edition. Jack is a Fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He has been selected as one of The Best Lawyers in America (Labor and Employment Law section) for 20 consecutive years.
