Gavin’s practice centers on litigating matters involving commercial, construction, sports and entertainment, and business law. He draws on experience from a wide range of legal and financial industries to provide effective guidance to clients, representing them through the entire dispute resolution life cycle so they can remain dedicated to their operational goals.
Before joining Spencer Fane, Gavin earned his Juris Doctor with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law. During law school, he served as an editor for the Tulsa Law Review, received the CALI Excellence Award in his evidence workshop, and was named to the Faculty Honor Roll all six semesters. Gavin’s legal education helped him develop the research, writing, and analytical skills required for his practice.
