Daniel B. Goldberg

Overview
Daniel provides support in civil litigation, regulatory proceedings, and business and transactional matters. He has been involved in a myriad of cases prosecuting or defending state agencies or individual disputes concerning civil rights, property and foreclosures, employment, consumer actions, natural resources, and administrative adjudications involving public utilities and environmental permits, among others.
Daniel’s development as a generalist enables him to confidently and efficiently assist clients regardless of the subject, forum, or transaction. Additionally, his diverse educational and working background in biomedical sciences and taxation supports his breadth of knowledge in niche subjects as well as his innate attention to detail.
Daniel graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law. While earning his Juris Doctor, he was a manuscript editor for the New Mexico Law Review and externed for the Hon. James O. Browning, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of New Mexico.
