Charles Yarbrough brings the advocacy skills and trial experience his clients need to ensure their rights are adequately represented. From negotiations to the courtroom, Charles represents individuals and companies in a variety of matters including criminal investigations and civil suits.
Formerly serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Davidson County, Charles has worked in close conjunction with law enforcement experts in hundreds of traffic cases, many of which went to a jury. Charles brings the same fervor and dedication with which he fought for the victims in those cases he prosecuted to the clients he now represents, giving them a voice.
Charles is actively licensed in the states of Tennessee, North Carolina, Alabama, and Florida.
