Overview
Charles Mulholland focuses his practice on commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and creditor-side matters. He works with businesses and other clients to understand their legal and business objectives, develop practical strategies, and navigate complex disputes so they can protect their interests and move forward with confidence.
For commercial litigation matters, Charles assists clients in resolving disputes involving contracts, business relationships, and other commercial issues. He helps clients evaluate their claims and defenses, develop case strategies, and navigate litigation with an eye toward achieving efficient and practical results.
Charles also represents clients in intellectual property disputes, helping protect and enforce valuable intellectual property rights. He works to understand the legal and commercial significance of a client’s intellectual property and assists in developing strategies tailored to the client’s goals, whether through litigation or other means of resolving a dispute.
On the creditor side, Charles helps creditors protect and enforce their rights in financially complex disputes. He assists clients in evaluating available remedies, pursuing claims, and navigating disputes with the goal of maximizing recovery while achieving efficient and commercially sensible resolutions.
While in law school, Charles was a member of the South Texas Law Review and earned five CALI Awards across dynamic subjects pertinent to his current practice.
