Overview
Aspen Olson represents businesses and organizations in a variety of commercial disputes with a focus on protecting their interests and achieving their objectives.
Aspen assists clients at every stage of litigation, from evaluating claims and developing litigation strategy to discovery, motion practice, and resolution. She approaches each matter with a strong commitment to preparation, organization, and persuasive advocacy.
Aspen earned her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, she was recognized for her academic achievement and advocacy skills, earning Am Jur awards in Health Data, Security, and Confidentiality; Oral Advocacy; and Sports Law. She also served as the 1L Moot Court Director on the Board of Advocates and competed as a member of the Wagoner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Team. Her experiences in law school strengthened the research, writing, and advocacy skills that now inform her litigation practice.
