With previous experience as a financial representative, Ashley is well-versed in providing guidance that adheres to specific monetary goals with respect to often complex statutes and regulations. Amid a shifting litigatory landscape, her background and adaptable approach to law allow her to develop timely, cost-effective solutions that align with clients’ evolving objectives. In her daily practice, she oversees discovery and document production for various cases, including breach of contract, Lanham Act violations, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, conspiracy, and unfair competition.
While earning her Juris Doctor at Baylor University School of Law, Ashley was an active member of the Hispanic American Law Student Association, Diversity in Law Association, and the ABA National Moot Court team. She is notably bilingual and able to assist Spanish-speaking clients.
