Overview

Arnold Lee helps individuals and entities navigate complex matters through litigation and alternative dispute resolution, providing sound representation in state and federal courts and thoughtful guidance in mediation and arbitration. He skillfully employs comprehensive, client-centered strategies backed by decades of diverse experience and a full-service approach to casework, from intake to resolution.

Most recently, Arnold served as a Special Assistant Attorney General within the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office, specifically representing state agencies in cases pertaining to parental rights, protecting vulnerable adults, equal employment and employee compensation matters, bankruptcy litigation, and contractual and administrative law proceedings.

Arnold also boasts in-depth experience as an attorney for victims of domestic violence, where he conducted and oversaw all elements of his cases. He notably owned and co-owned two private practices, where he represented clients in matters spanning civil rights, car accidents, premises liability, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, breach of contract, construction, and wrongful termination.
