Overview

Arnold Lee helps individuals and entities navigate complex matters through litigation and alternative dispute resolution, providing sound representation in state and federal courts and thoughtful guidance in mediation and arbitration. He skillfully employs comprehensive, client-centered strategies backed by decades of diverse experience and a full-service approach to casework, from intake to resolution.

Arnold boasts in-depth experience in complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith defense, product liability defense, administrative law, mass tort, multi-district litigation, and franchise law matters. He delivers strategic legal counsel tailored to business objectives while managing disputes through all phases of litigation – from pre-suit strategy to trial and/or arbitration. Arnold notably owned and co-owned two private practices, where he represented clients on matters involving civil rights, personal injury, medical malpractice, contract disputes, construction claims, premises liability, employment law, bankruptcy, and family law. He also served as a city attorney and prosecutor.

Most recently, Arnold served as a Special Assistant Attorney General within the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office, where he led complex litigation and regulatory matters on behalf of state agencies, including high-stakes cases involving vulnerable populations, employment law, and bankruptcy. He also represented state agencies in administrative, state, and federal proceedings.  Arnold advised state agencies on multimillion-dollar contracts and vendor compliance. Additionally, he was trusted to serve as a hearing officer, delivering impartial rulings and upholding regulatory standards.
