Overview
Andrew Hua assists clients on a wide range of transactional matters with a focus on real estate, finance, banking, and business law. In his diverse practice, he develops and maintains timely, multidisciplinary solutions for optimal outcomes that align with clients’ varied interests.
While earning his Juris Doctor at the University of Colorado (CU) Law School, Andrew was an active member of the Colorado Law Sustainable Community Development Clinic. There, he assisted clients in all transactional matters, including drafting operating agreements, bylaws, and various other corporate documents. He also notably served as Internal Competition Chair for CU Law’s Barristers’ Council Transactional Team.
Andrew was a summer associate for Spencer Fane in both 2022 and 2023, where he gained valuable skills and legal acumen he applies to his current practice.
