Amanda Barron provides clients with informed legal counsel on the best ways to structure business transactions and arrange personal finances, allowing them to meet desired tax objectives and long-term estate planning goals. She utilizes the full spectrum of options to create unique solutions that satisfy immediate needs while reducing taxes and protecting wealth for future generations.

Amanda represents individuals and businesses in a variety of industries, including gaming, health care, retail, wholesale, real estate, construction, professional services, transportation, financial services, and energy. She brings a thorough understanding of the complexities involved with the ownership, transfer, and taxation of assets associated with closely held private businesses, corporations, executives, entrepreneurs, families, and individuals that have generated or inherited wealth.

In addition, Amanda regularly handles the full life cycle of related trust and estate litigation, developing a track record of success in disputes involving individuals, families, corporate fiduciaries, nonprofit organizations, beneficiaries, executors, and administrators that can arise in the context of administrative matters. She delicately handles difficult and sensitive circumstances, while strongly advocating for the desired outcomes of her clients. This can include complex disputes involving wills, trusts’ estates and bequests, paternity suits, guardianship, and conservatorship or the administration of asset distribution, taxes, and accounting, in addition to providing counsel on breach of fiduciary duty and conflicts involving shareholders.
