Adunni Gueye represents individuals and businesses in complex commercial litigation, ERISA disputes, data privacy matters, 42 USC § 1983 civil rights claims, and media law issues, advancing clients’ interests with insightful strategies designed to achieve optimal outcomes at any stage in the dispute resolution process.
In addition to her business litigation experience, Adunni has previously helped navigate matters related to white-collar investigations and defenses, contract disputes, and labor and employment law. Her well-rounded background contributes to a balanced practice she continues to expand with highly intentional client service.
Prior to graduating law school, Adunni served multiple stints as a private practice and judicial intern as well as a law clerk to the Hon. Roseann A. Ketchmark of the Western District of Missouri, gaining valuable insights across a wide spectrum of civil and criminal litigation matters.
