On Thursday, June 15, Spencer Fane Partner Pat McInerney will share his insights on Internal Investigations with members of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association at the 30th Annual Corporate House Counsel Institute.
As a partner in the Spencer Fane White Collar and Government Investigations practice group, Pat represents clients in the design and execution of internal and parallel investigations, development of crisis response protocols, and coordination of complex civil and criminal defense tactics and strategy. He also advises individuals in private and public leadership positions regarding regulatory and law enforcement response.
The KCMBA Corporate House Counsel Institute is a long running annual event that will include an update in employment law and legislative updates from both Kansas and Missouri. It will feature presentation on internal investigations, best practices in handling liability claims and ethics presentations on privilege and cyber security.
