Nick Anderson Talks Sourcing Leverage Debt at the Novogradac New Markets Tax Credit Conference

Spencer Fane attorney Nick Anderson presented at the Novogradac 23rd Annual New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Conference on January 19 in San Diego.

During his presentation, Sourcing Leverage Debt: Know Your Choices, Nick joined other prominent industry professionals to describe the options involved in using a leverage model for gap financing during NMTC transactions. The panelists discussed traditional leverage sources and alternative options such as USA loans.
