Nick Anderson Speaks on New Markets Tax Credits at Spring Conference

Spencer Fane attorney Nick Anderson was a featured panelist at the Novogradac 2022 Spring New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Conference on June 9-10 in Washington, D.C.

During his presentation, NMTC Plus, Nick and his fellow panelists discussed how new markets tax credits can work with other tax incentives such as the historic tax credit and renewable energy tax credits. The panel also explored how states encourage developments with special incentives and how Small Business Administration assistance can help fill financing gaps. Nick was joined by Joseph Bredehoft, partner at Husch Blackwell; and Beth Robinson, President and CEO of Uptown Consortium.
