Spencer Fane partner Leslie Greathouse was recently interviewed by the Kansas City Business Journal about her practice as a litigator in the financial services area, and her role as general counsel at Spencer Fane.
Discussing her groundbreaking work in financial services litigation, Leslie mentions that, “for a long time, I was known as the female in the middle of the United States who was a litigator that spoke securitization. So before few others knew what a securitization trust was, I was working on that.”
In addition, Leslie explains her new role as the firm’s general counsel. “I also work on compliance, security, both physical and cyber, and client audits are becoming a bigger deal. All of that fits under my umbrella.”
