Josh Dickinson Testifies Before Nebraska Judiciary Committee on Legislative Bill 710

Spencer Fane LLP attorney Josh Dickinson testified before the Nebraska Judiciary Committee on January 19, 2018 in conjunction with the Nebraska Collector’s Association (NCA) support of Legislative Bill (LB710). The bill presents an amendment and clarification to Nebraska statute 25–1801, which establishes collector’s rights to seek interest, costs, and attorney’s fees on certain debt.

Spencer Fane LLP attorneys Roger Denny and Bob Lattinville recently collaborated to write an article published in AthleticDirectorU (ADU) that summarizes the findings from their recent collaboration with USA Today on a database of assistant football coach salaries. Leslie Greathouse Named Spencer Fane General Counsel

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce that partner Leslie Greathouse, who has been with the firm since 2008, has been appointed general counsel of Spencer Fane. This is a new position in the firm and Leslie’s role is effective as of January 1. Previously, partner Nick Badgerow served as the chair of the firm’s professional responsibility committee since 1988, and continues with Spencer Fane in his capacity as a litigator and mediator.
