During a lunch meeting at the Roofing & Siding Contractors Alliance, Inc. (RSCA) in St. Louis, MO, Frank Neuner updated members on the new Department of Labor and OSHA rules. In his presentation, Neuner discussed the new DOL rules regarding white collar exemptions to overtime, new OSHA reporting requirements, and DOL guidance on independent contractors.
RSCA consists of commercial and residential roofers and siders in St. Louis and the surrounding area. Its mission is to represent and promote the interests of the roofing and siding industry through effective leadership, advocacy, exchange of information and professional development.
Neuner has nearly two decades of experience in labor and employment law and regularly assists employers in handling a wide range of workplace matters, including worker classification issues and wage and hour cases.
