The St. Louis Business Journal recently interviewed Frank Neuner to discuss the Spencer Fane growth over the past several years.
Frank credits Spencer Fane attorneys’ focus on client service as a differentiator. He noted that the firm has invested considerable time and resources into getting feedback from clients, as a way to provide better service.
Frank also mentioned that clients like the firm’s decisive, efficient and practical advice. Rather than getting a broad range of options dumped in their lap, clients “want an answer, a recommendation, and then they can decide whether they want to take it.”
