Scott Goldstein of Spencer Fane will participate on a panel at the 35th Annual Midwestern Bankruptcy Institute with Edward Gavin of Gavin Solmonese, Deborah Gutfeld of Perkins Coie, and Christopher Ward of Polsinelli to discuss recent cases where the “alleged” best of intentions of management went awry and led to corporate failure, resulting in litigation seeking restitution for the damage. The seminar is co-sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute and UMKC School of law and will take place on October 15 and 16 at the Westin Kansas City at Crown Center in Kansas City, Mo.
