Litigation Support Manager
Allison Spotser assists clients with eDiscovery related projects and legal project management. Allison provides clients with consultation and guidance in order to ensure they have any resources they need for an efficient and well supported process. Allison also manages complex eDiscovery projects and contributes to a variety of other legal projects in a number of practice areas. These areas include litigation and dispute resolution, intellectual property, financial services, commercial litigation and labor and employment, as well as others. In addition, Allison provides eDiscovery consultation, guidance with regard to the application of assisted review technology (i.e. predictive coding) and data analytics tools, management of large scale electronic document collections and reviews, as well as a number of other litigation and non-litigation related tasks.
Allison is also the Litigation Support Manager for the Firm. She provides guidance and support with regard to all aspects of the Firm’s litigation support functions, which include eDiscovery, case management and trial preparation among other areas.
Prior to joining Spencer Fane, Allison was an eDiscovery Attorney and Legal Project Manager at another large St. Louis area firm for more than eight years. In that role, Allison regularly assisted clients in review of trade agreements, internal reviews for potential FCPA violations, trial preparation, and contributed to cases involving the United States Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and Security Exchange Commission.
