Spencer Fane Partner Andrew Brought was selected to present at this year’s Missouri Chamber of Commerce Environment and Energy Conference. Brought spoke on the topic of Accidental Release and Chemical Accident Prevention Programs, including recent developments and related enforcement activities for the group that consisted of EHS managers, lawyers, and business leaders. His presentation is designed to help manufacturers understand the EPA and OSHA regulations and prevent chemical accidents. Brought has worked in environmental law for more than a decade, and he has extensive experience with EPA’s Risk Management Program (RMP) and OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) Standard. Andrew also helps businesses obtain and comply with operating permits and the environmental and OSHA regulations in a variety of industries and sectors, and he also helps his clients manage and reduce environmental liability through his significant experience in civil and criminal enforcement matters.
