Bailey Keffer
Overview
Bailey Keffer employs a multidisciplinary background in life sciences, entrepreneurship, and transactional law to help clients craft value-creating and practical solutions for complex business challenges.
Bailey discovered his passion for solving business challenges while working with industry partners as an undergraduate organic chemistry researcher. Seeking more impact, he leveraged his life science background to assist a university technology commercialization office during his MBA and while in law school. There, he led market research teams that helped life science startup founders explore business opportunities for their scientific discoveries and shaped early fundraising strategy. Additionally, Bailey worked with the founders of an emerging food brand, where he assisted with all elements of business development, including market research, product design, pricing, e-commerce, and sales.
These experiences have given Bailey hard-earned business judgment that, when paired with his sharp legal acumen, lead to beneficial and practical solutions for clients’ unique challenges. His diverse portfolio of cross-sector experience supports a strategic, detail-oriented, and highly technical perspective when working with current clients.
