Emma Galligan assists clients through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution with a focus on trust and estate disputes, probate litigation, and elder law. She applies practical, proactive strategies and an empathetic approach to complex and sensitive disputes, focusing on protecting clients’ personal and financial interests to achieve favorable resolutions.
Prior to entering private practice, Emma served as a judicial law clerk within the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, where she gained an in-depth understanding of judicial decision-making while conducting case analyses and assisting in drafting judicial decisions.
Emma notably speaks Spanish fluently, allowing her to advise a more diverse client base.
