Eva G. Osthus
Overview
Eva Osthus supports businesses, families, and individuals through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution with a primary focus on family law. Her approach to advocacy prioritizes comprehensive planning and analysis, allowing her strategies to adapt to clients’ core objectives within changing legal landscapes.
To resolve disputes as early and effectively as possible, Eva performs detailed legal research, drafts and reviews all necessary documents, and thoroughly prepares arguments for trial and appeal. Prior to entering private practice, she served as a judicial law clerk within the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, where she gained hands-on courtroom experience and valuable insight into judicial decision-making, experience which informs how she approaches litigation and family law strategy for her clients.
