Ashley Sadler has over a decade of experience helping alcohol industry clients meet their licensing and compliance objectives. Ashley works closely with local, state, and federal government agencies to obtain licenses on or before target dates. She assists clients in tracking the license applications she files until all licenses are approved and issued. She also has the skills and knowledge necessary to help clients maintain their licenses in good standing and current with licensing government agencies.
Ashley’s work focuses on assisting hotels, restaurants, retailers, wineries, and importers of alcohol beverages and food with all required state, local and federal permits throughout the United States. She also has extensive experience working on multi-state licensure projects in connection with corporate mergers, acquisitions, and licensed company expansions. She also has worked on single-location as well as multi-location licensing projects throughout the United States.
An area of special expertise is Ashley’s work resulting from mergers, acquisitions, and existing businesses expanding into new markets. Her experience includes post-closing responsibilities for license transfers, change-of-ownership filings, and related compliance responsibilities.
