Philippe Bennett
Overview
Philippe Bennet is a successful client advocate with deep patent litigation experience in high-stakes and technically complex IP matters nationally and internationally. He has litigated across a broad spectrum of industries, including financial trading, medical devices, drug delivery systems, nanotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.
Throughout more than four decades as a leading IP litigator and advisor, Philippe has represented clients before federal and state courts as well as the International Trade Commission. He has served as lead outside counsel for many notable matters on both a domestic and international basis and curated an impressive track record of success in and out of the courtroom.
A recognized thought leader, Philippe has lectured on patent law at Stevens Institute of Technology, Harvard University, Fordham University, The Cooper Union, the Institute of Intellectual Property in Tokyo, BioTechnica in Hannover, Germany, and the China IP Summit. He is notably fluent in French and has counseled several of France’s leading companies.
