Overview

Dylan Reeves provides experienced, confident, and steady leadership through clients’ most difficult legal problems, allowing clients to report to their stakeholders that they are aggressively defending their case with an attorney familiar with their court and the nuances of their industry.

Dylan represents companies in a broad range of business, corporate, and commercial litigation matters spanning product liability, shareholder disputes, business divorces, heavy equipment, toxic torts, class actions, multidistrict litigation, and bankruptcy. Clients rely on his experience winning early dispositive motions, taking hundreds of depositions, trying numerous jury and bench trials to verdict, and advocating in dozens of appeals.

Dylan has a national practice representing mortgage servicers, investors, loan servicers, credit card issuers, automobile lenders, heavy equipment lenders, and FinTech companies in financial services litigation. He is experienced in consumer protection statutes such as the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act. In addition, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee and Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti appointed him outside counsel to the Tennessee Housing Development Agency for real estate matters. Dylan also maintains a niche national practice defending defamation actions filed by public figures.

Clients rely on Dylan’s unique experience as a trial attorney and an appellate advocate to serve as the “appellate attorney at trial” to ensure that the approach during trial results in a viable appellate strategy that preserves all issues for appeal.
