Shlomo Hahn represents a diverse list of clients in insurance disputes and several other complex commercial litigation matters, seamlessly navigating between federal, state, and tribal courts as he utilizes his multifaceted industry experience and strong attention to jurisdictional details to secure favorable outcomes.

Highly adaptable, analytical, and rule-oriented, Shlomo continues to expand into new practice areas as he grows his breadth of legal knowledge. His primary focus is to represent policyholders, insurers, and brokers in matters pertaining to comprehensive general liability, property and casualty, employers’ liability, professional liability, directors and officers liability, and cyber policies. This is in addition to his established track record in ERISA litigation and compliance; insurance recovery and counseling; and construction, real estate, health care, general business, and complex commercial litigation.

Shlomo’s former career working in a group home for people with disabilities and deep engagements within the Minneapolis community have contributed to an empathetic practice in which he is able to work effectively with clients from widely varied backgrounds, prioritizing thoughtful communication and deliberate action to create robust legal strategies.
